Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Green Bean: 100 kgs air-freight; 1,000 kgs sea-freight)
- Roasted Bean: 100 kgs
- We offer discounted price rates for higher quantities purchased

Order Lead Time
- On average 1 – 4 weeks, depending on order quantity and our current orders pending

Packaging Specifications
- Green Bean, 50/60 kg jute bag
- Roasted Bean, 20/25 kg Packing: Carton Box or Paper sack (75 gsm kraft paper), with inner lining of food-grade 50-micron HDPE plastics
- Retail Packaging, 250 – 1,000 gr Packing: Standing pouch + zipper lock with OEM service
- Every carton box or paper sacks will display a standardised sticker label, which we will inform all our buyers for approval – prior to labeling

Payment Terms
- For orders of 1000 kgs and below, 100% advance full payment, paid 5 days prior to shipment pick-up or delivery
- For orders above 1,000 kgs up to FCL, 50% down payment; balance paid after B/L release
- Preferred method of payment is Wire Transfer/TT
Product Sample
- Minimum product samples 150gr can be provided free of charge with shipment cost
- Larger than sample quantity can be purchased at minimum price

- Collect: If you have a customer account with a preferred courier service, we can arrange a collect shipment
- ZHIBOND COFFEE’s provider: We can quote you a competitive shipment price provided by our preferred courier service. The amount can be reimbursed via PayPal transfer or Western Union, payable to coffee-industry@we-supplier.com
